(15,438 posts)27. He appears to carry some substantial clout with the Execs.
Why does he get the best billing, the best guests, Starbucks sponsorship, and can spew lies as if they're truth without being held accountable?
Goes to show that MSNBC would LOVE to be a second Fox "News" Channel if given half a chance, but since Keith Olbermann, they'll have a hard time trying.
Still, we Progressive and Liberals must support MSNBC in order to support Rachel Maddow, Joy-Ann Reid, Krystal Ball, Ari Melber, Toure, Big Ed, Chris Hayes, Al Sharpton, and last but never least, Lawrence O'Donnell. Keith worked hard and fought hard to make MSNBC a vehicle for more progressive voices, and I'm certain that the Execs are constantly itching to close down all their shows and replace them with, say, Mika.

Joey Scabs probably has compromising photos of the MSMBS execs, or some similar leverage.
