77. There are 140,000 apps specifically for the iPad

I don't know exactly how many Android apps are designed for tablets, but I'm pretty sure it's not even in the same ballpark. So yeah Android may have a lot of smartphone apps, and those apps are generally cheaper, but they are lagging way behind in apps that are specific to tablets.
