23. Please don't pressure employees to take tips.

If they say they can't take it, drop it.

Otherwise you put them in a horribly awkward position of having to choose between appeasing you to get rid of you and seem polite, or risking getting fired or suspended if that's company policy. Even if you mean well, going beyond the one offer can be perceived as pressure, and really uncomfortable.
