11. Yes, the suicides, homelessness, and traumatic stress that Vets are enduring

is very saddening as well. Obama has shown much more respect for Vets than the Bush administration but the wars need to end, jobs created for veterans, and make sure Vets have places to live.

It will cost money but that is money better spent in my eyes than lining the pockets of the military industrial complex while they prep us for the next war. It is time to put the needs of veterans and Americans in general ahead of the wants and desires of the war machine.

No Vet should be homeless.


More than 67,000 homeless veterans were counted on a given January night in America last year. More than 4 in 10 homeless veterans were found unsheltered.
