7. I find that, at home, I usually get the same amount of work done

in less time than I would in the office - so I think as long as you complete your expected tasks there's no harm in filling the saved time with DU. You just don't want to go in tomorrow and have to say "no" when your boss asks if you finished the XYZ account...
