5. I agree on the republican hypocrisy, but that case of the Florida woman is hardly comparable.

She left the house, retrieved a firearm from her car, went back into the house, and then discharged it. And she did so in a fashion that suggested she didn't likely feel her life was in serious danger, thus warranting the use of deadly force. I agree that her sentence is COMPLETELY insane, but what she did was wrong from a legal standpoint for sure.
