Having some experience with a hormone driven cancer, the best single piece of advice I can offer is to get your Vitamin D levels checked. It's a simple blood test, and it's easy to find good D3 supplements if needed. If your doctor isn't on board with this simple act, find a new doctor. More and more traditional MDs are realizing the importance of this. Much success to you. Diet and exercise are also great tools to help you keep the upper hand.
