an Econ 101 class. When he had Niall Ferguson (a Krugman hating a'hole) on his show to rant about Krugman, Ferguson disdained Paul for "all those charts of his." Now, I don't know much about Econ but I did take one course, in grad school, cuz I did want to "improve my mind" a bit. I learned something useful: charts are what economists do all day! No kidding! Math. Algebra. Graphing stuff. Stating a hypothesis followed by a mathematical formula to prove the hypothesis.

Who knew?
