I've been ordering packages online for years and years from the US and around the world. The only companies I've EVER had big problems with are DHL/Loomis and UPS. I've sent quite a few parcels around Canada and the US and have never had an issue with Canada Post. Canada Post has been exceptional for me with regards to parcel delivery. I'm sorry you are experiencing those issues.
