15. Well I think the really rural areas always had comunity boxes...

Most Canadians live in the big cities along the border. But the population density of the more rural areas here can fall to nothing, more so than the US. I think most of these areas already had rural mail boxes, vs door to door. But where it will probably affect people the most is in areas of medium pop density that still do get door to door service now.
