And if they could produce the study it seems they would have produced it already, all evidence suggests that they lied and there never was a study. If traffic had only been shut down for a few hours Christie could have probably blamed it on some lower ranked officials and weaseled out of it, but when it went on for five days and he could have ordered the reopening of the lanes at any time during those five days I don't see how he avoids this being pinned directly to him.
