73. Background checks whenever and wherever possible

Set up an ATF table at every gun show so that no guns leave without having a check done. Make it possible so private citizens can do checks somehow.

AWB? Not possible. Too many out there and they aren't really the problem. A couple of hi profile tragic events recently but for the most part the problem is handguns.

Tougher laws for carelessness, absolutely.
