It's a 'Consitutional monarchy' under Queen Elizabeth II.

With a 'Queen's Reprentative', a Prime Minister, associated with New Zealand, considered self-governing.

Seems like these little garden spots always pop up in these stories of shady finance. I suggest nothing can be done.
