(12,629 posts)66. The group I am involved with does not adopt out pets either...
We deal with rescue, and trying to reunite found pets with their owners.
What we do have is a network of vets, foster homes, other rescue groups, and no-kill shelters to call upon as needed. It is from these groups that new homes are found.
Maybe this is how the Hagars do it also, which would explain why there are no details regarding adoption of specific dogs on his site.
