If all I have to go by is the newspaper information, then yes, he looks guilty and the police look guilty of shielding him and the local university. It doesn't look fair to the victim in the least. And the police and DA have warned she couldn't get justice there because they are a big football town. They look like they don't want to try this case because they believe they will lose a quarterback. I've also had personal experience with police being dishonest with respect to felonies.

The only way to provide justice for either party is to have a real trial. In the meantime, yes, I'm thinking the worst of him, and the whole thing stinks.

I may be old, but I am capable of changing my mind about many things, including this. You've judged me as being incapable of that. I have never acted against the will and decision of a jury.
