...you seem to be (and I'll assume it's accidental, because I have -no- reason to think otherwise) getting some of the verbiage in his responses wrong, or perhaps you're not asking what you think you're asking. His answers seem perfectly legitimate at this point. He responded to you asking how he would determine consent in the case of him walking into a restroom and seeing a couple having sex, then you turned and claimed he didn't understand consent because of your belief that he was answering for himself having sex with someone else. You're getting posts twisted up.

Edit: For clarity, I am not supporting anything else that BlanketStatements may have said earlier in the thread regarding the case itself; my comment is -only- about the last 10 or so posts going back and forth, and nothing more.
