13. A T-800 does weigh about a ton.

Hence all the damage he does when he lands on stuff. Also, how could he move such large objects, like cars. If he weighed similar to a human, and tried to slide a car out of the way, he would move, not the car. Also leverage. How can he pick up and hold something (like a coffin packed with about 1,000 pounds of guns, ammo and explosives) and not have to lean away to counter-balance. It's also mentioned in the DVD extras.

So on the time travel, if it is surrounded by living tissue it can go back in time... If I were Reese, I'd have butt smuggled a better gun back with me.
