The cops already know what this guy - remember, they don't know he's an invincible machine sent in from 65 years in the future - can do. They saw him tear the fuck out of a police station ten years ago, right?

If you were a SWAT commander, which would you send out to battle the fearsome and invincible Criminal At Large who you know is going to destroy anything you throw at it: the nice new Army vehicle you spent five years' budget allocation to get, or the old, shitty, barely-running bread truck the city council won't let you get rid of?
