(36,925 posts)I asked you a very simple yes or no question. You have yet to provide a yes or no response. I could certainly understand not answering yes or no if it was a loaded question or a false dichotomy, but I'm fairly sure asking someone, "is this offensive" is pretty straightforward. From your perspective it either is or it isn't. I don't see where the middle ground comes in. Your original response led me to believe you were offended because your first three words were, "I am offended" and nothing else that followed indicated an opposite response.
Now you are saying, "not the guidelines themselves", which wasn't included initially despite your claim otherwise and might lead one to believe your answer is 'no', but until you provide me with a yes or no answer I'm not going to guess again and I'm going to consider the question unanswered.
You claimed to have answered my question, but you have still left me guessing as to what your answer is, so I'm not really inclined to answer any follow up questions on your part. Doesn't seem like good faith discussion to me.
