Rockridge Institute was Lakoff's website founded to teach Democrats and Progressives to use framing to get their points across.

Also, you can read Moral Politics by Lakoff if you wanted to read about framing. For a shorter read try Don't Think of an Elephant. I also have a DVD of Lakoff discussing framing. I think it's called How Democrats and Progressives Can Win, but I'm not sure and I don't feel like getting up to verify the title. All of them are probably available on Amazon.
