She worked in the Justice Department under Clinton, but there's a lotta water under the bridge since those days. She worked for Fannie Mae in the Bush years, briefly, but now she's at a private law firm.

I'm not sure how FAIR makes the leap that she's "NSA" and I think Gregory was just being lame and reiterating a dinner table conversation. She was in "law enforcement" in that she worked at Justice in the ninties, in fact, she was involved in the McVeigh bombing business, but anything she worked with or saw back then is ancient history--hell, most people were still on "dial up" back then.
