So I guess Pennsylvania is next with the forced rape on women..... [View all]

Pennsylvania joins states that would require ultrasound before abortion

Doctors have for years used transvaginal ultrasounds to evaluate intrauterine fibroids and tumors.

The probe is standard protocol among obstetricians: The grainy, black-and-white images provide information about the viability and stage of gestation and give women Facebook bragging rights.

This innocuous medical tool — a 4-inch cylinder about the size of a tampon applicator attached to a handle — is at the center of the most contemptuously debated topic in American discourse: abortion.

In recent weeks, Pennsylvania has become the latest among a growing number of states to make the transvaginal ultrasound probe a pawn in the abortion debate. The procedure is almost universally administered by obstetricians and abortion providers across the state prior to a dilation and evacuation — or abortion.

At least for some women they'll be fortunately enough to be near the NY/NJ/DE borders where they can get the procedure done without such horrible things done to them ahead of time.

I think Governor Corbett is going to be the first PA governor in decades to not serve 2 terms. Hopefully the pedophilia enabler will crash in burn in 2014!
