6. Do people realize this is already a law in Texas? Has been.

Everyone is outraged over these forced rape bills, but when it passed here in Texas, I don't recall anyone being up in arms about it. I'm not criticizing anyone, but shit goes down in Texas and it seems to be off the radar.

Planned Parenthood in Texas is REQUIRED by law to ensure that the patient hears a heartbeat prior to an abortion. This means that very early on, a transvaginal ultrasound is the only way to do this. Even worse, their equipment is outdated, they are being forced to upgrade to more sensitive devices that comply with the law, at a cost of 50k per device.
