17. So the polenta is gritter...so to speak?

Sorry, I couldn't resist. I was just checking on line and was somewhat surprised to see there are different kinds of grits. Growing up in the midwest we didn't have grits, and rice was just the regular white variety. It's great to be able to keep the diversity.
