1. Okay, so is the ADL opposed to Menendez' bill? AIPAC?

Is Menendez trying to launch negotiation-ending sanctions and force the US to provide support for a possible Israeli pre-emptive strike for reasons completely divorced from and totally unsupported by the Israel lobby?
