I believe the NSA and the CIA are too powerful and are
part of the so called breakaway civilization..that they are beyond citizen control.

Just like Obama took care of Wall Street and the Banks?

Yeah, he talks the talk but to walk the walk he crosses
the powers that are in control.. more crumbs for the masses.
