(82,383 posts)144. If you're that convinced that is how it is and how it always will be
Then it seems best to attempt to become the dictator or part of the elite yourself, doesn't it? What are the rest of us to do about it if our votes don't really matter? It it's a game, then learn to play it to win instead blaming the people who don't play it so well.
Frankly I don'ts subscribe to that much cynicism. It may be temporarily emotionally gratifying, but that's it.
