12. Can you move to Minnesota? Medicaid here is the most generous in the country.

I know it's tough to move when you have money troubles, but you'd still be living in a cold, awful climate, just like you're used to - and you would have insurance. MN also has one of the lowest unemployment rates in the country. Plus, we have a Dem governor and legislature. Come to Minnesota, at least you'll be insured if you freeze your b*lls off.
