I am presuming you are using "OP" for it's intended purpose - "Original Post" and in it, liberal N proud says nothing at all about speeds, only that those who get in the left lane and stay there should move the hell over - a sentiment I wholeheartedly agree with.

I've read your other posts on this thread and it is clear to me that you hold the opinion precisely the opposite. Your attitude with regard to drivers who want to go faster than you is basically "Fuck em". That was made clear by your stating that you " have no obligation to get over for you. Oh, I will, but not until I FEEL like it."

Again, basically Fuck em.

On questions of economics and income, the overwhelming majority of DU'ers and Liberals in general condemn the concept of "I got mine, the rest of you can fuck off". I see no difference from that attitude to yours.

We all have to take your word for it that you have driven for 35 years and have NEVER :::cough:: had a ticket and that you always drive the speed limit in the right lane. But woe betide the rest of us if you decide you are going fast enough in the left lane. Fuck em, eh?

Look, here's the common sense concept which should be clear to any experienced driver with an ounce of logical capabilities;

Use the left lane as little as possible. Use it to pass slower traffic and as soon as is safe to do so, move back to the right. I drive with this motto in mind; Endeavor to never be passed on the right.

It's simple, really. Why should you give a damn if someone wants to drive faster than you do? Oh...I see...everyone that is doing so just needs to " get their butts out of the door 10 minutes earlier.". Because...you know....that's the way you do things and so should everyone else.

In one of your posts you stated "Most of the accidents are caused by the guys going too fast, following too close, and just generally not paying attention." Well, it isn't speed in particular, it is DISPARITY in speeds, and while distracted driving is most certainly a cause of accidents and tailgating is a contributing factor, it is a stone cold fact that if "Slower Traffic Keep Right" was more adhered to, accident rates would fall dramatically.
