323. You don't have to be speeding to be passing

Nowhere in the OP did I say anything about driving fast and vehicles driving the speed limit were keeping me from doing that.

I sat behind a woman in Iowa who was in the left lane while she reached in the back seat to grab a bag, I could see her lift it over the seat and set it in the seat next too her and then proceed to dig through it. All while she was cruzing the left lane. Then she go pissed off when I finally took my life in my hands and passed her swerving vehicle on the right without speeding.

Even if they speed, if you are sitting in the left lane causing congestion, you are creating a bigger danger than letting them go down the road where they possibly could visit with a patrolman about the speed limit that so many here claim to care so much about while they are willing to break another law to prevent.
