47. I agree with you, with the younger crowd, especially...

...but the older crowd, they like convenience.

It's sort of like the "Craft Beer Kids" vs. The "Budweiser Geezers." One group likes the individuality and customization opportunities, the other likes the simple convenience. The "twenty pack" would be like buying a case of Bud to put in the garage refrigerator to have on hand in case a crowd comes over.

As for medical applications, I get the feeling they've barely scratched the surface.
