282. Give me a friggin' break...she'd already done all she thought was necessary...

cleaned her wound very well, put anti-bacterial ointment on it, and popped in here to find that uh-oh, maybe the bite is a bit more serious than it appears. Do you run to the hospital for every single injury you get? On top of that, Aerows was car-less at the time she was on here discovering that she might be at risk for rabies.

And, it was not "hours" of posting on Sunday...most of the many posts in that older thread were thrown at her within minutes of her first revelation about being bitten. At least she wasn't running around with her hair on fire, like several posters thought she should be!

Again, why should it matter to you in the first place? Maybe she's just an eccentric person normally; I know that I am, and I usually will do every other thing humanly possible before I would actually voluntarily submit myself to being treated by any medical professional.
