39. Marijuana's ability to help people

with certain conditions is already pretty well established science. It's not the science that's standing in the way, it's a combination of people dumb enough to believe what they heard in the DARE program and people that want to continue the War on Drugs either because it profits them or because they hate African Americans, who the program disproportionately hurts. The same people that tried for decades to suppress the actual science that proved this sort of thing was within the potential of marijuana.

So the people that are all about the science are reccing and kicking this thread, because it's about goddamned time the people that have been denied a proven treatment are starting to get it, and the day it's available to everyone that needs it can't come soon enough.
