and Stephen Harper's Duffygate affair where he also threw his closest hanger-on under the bus. The slight differences are in their responses. Christie blamed his staff but took complete responsibility even though he wasn't aware of what was going on. Harper blamed his staff but claimed total innocence because he wasn't aware of what was going on.

Both are bulling their way through their respective scandals in typical Conservative fashion, and approximately 23% believe them.
