11. The Libertarians I know are all in favor of throwing the management of the West Fertilizer Company

and owners, in jail, plus liquidation of the company, and personal assets of liable individuals to pay for the damages.

So, they've got that going for them.

But they fail to recognize that the damages exceed the pockets of the owners, operators, and insurance companies involved, hence the disaster declaration, and federal aid.
