Be they right wing FREEDUM! types or Third Wayers weeping over the terrible burden we place on industry. Weakening regulation and enforcement to the point stuff like this is allowed to happen does nothing but weaken public trust in the regulatory and enforcement bodies (and with good reason) until no one cares about them because they're useless anyway.
