3. Human rights are human rights .. for everybody.

I don't care HOW anyone comes to that conclusion, just that they do.

For me it's a matter of considering gays to be fully human with full
human rights, just like everyone else... including the right to life,
liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. If happiness means getting
married, so be it.

For Francis, it's a matter of humility, of not judging. I can go with
that.

For Kerry, it's a matter of states rights. He's not quite there on the
fully human aspect... but he's getting there. It will happen.
