45. What's causing these rapes

Men are "causing these rapes"; they do not see women as human beings, they see them as property, things. They feel they can do with women what they want, and generally they CAN, with impunity.

India has allowed women to be considered NOTHING by turning a blind eye to this gender ratio problem. Now they don't give a damn about the attitudes toward women that hatred of females has bred into the men. The men want to rape women and feel they have a right.

But MEN are CAUSING the rapes.
