62. It's not supposed to excuse it

But there is a distinct sociological history that shows repeatedly, when a society has a gender imbalance of too many men, things like crime and war go up. Trying to understand things is not actually the same as excusing it.

Sort of like if you go to the doctor and say my arm hurts, you need to get to the cause of the pain because that's how you treat the underlying problem. You wouldn't put a cast on somebody with a cut and you wouldn't put antibiotics on a broken bone because it won't solve the problem.
