Mixed up paper work I'd bet --- deep breath, walk it off, try to relax... wait till you find out before you get your freak out on and be nice on the phone. Don't kill the messenger they are on your side, and should be able to make things right for you some how. If you treat them badly they may not go out of their way for you.
