In reply to the discussion: Hundreds feared dead in Coors Light Party Train crash. [View all]Zambero
(9,998 posts)5. Did unfortunate victims realize what was being served on the train?
Too bad about the crash and all. Victims and families would certainly have grounds for a major class action lawsuit here. Unbeknownst to them, they and their loved ones were being served flavored and color-enhanced carbonated water, in other words a bogus imitation beverage commonly known as "Coors". The thought of so many revelers being hoodwinked into a fraud of such massive proportion is tragic news indeed. Possessing advanced technology sufficient to harness massive amounts of energy from frigid polar air masses, it boggles the mind that the company in question did not have the means to manufacture the basic commodity known to many over the centuries as "beer".
