of meth/cocaine. acting fucking crazy (including taking all your clothes off and running off in no particular direction) is not uncommon. I live in a part of the world where that shit happens. it is also a part of the world where black men have randomly been picked for murder by rednecks (who themselves are more likely to have access to meth). To greatly generalize; meth is a poor white drug and cocaine (mostly in crack form) is more common among black people here.

in a nutshell the two theories - he was whacked out on drugs, ran off into the woods and died or some klan skinhead types murdered him with drugs/slit his throat are both plausible.
