many of these drastic restrictions on the availability to abortion are subject to constitutional challenge because they fly in the face of Supreme Court precedent.

Now I fully believe the uterus watchers (ugly old white men that can't get it up without Viagara and can't get any action without paying for it) have conspired to push as many extreme laws across the nation as possible. They fully expect the Supreme (idiots) to take up one or more of these cases and they hope they will overturn Roe v. Wade.

Even if they lose with the Supreme (idiots), they have stirred up the base..that is those that only care about keeping the fetus in the uterus. They don't really care about life because they don't care about ensuring the mother and fetus receive appropriate pre-natal care. They don't care once the child is born if he/she has a loving and safe environment, access to health care, decent education, nutrition, etc.
