The right wingers feel, correctly, imho, that it would be denying a woman a medical procedure based on her sex.

Watching this happen, is what gives me great pause about judicial ruling only for marriage equality. We need the laws on the books, not just court decisions. Not that the court decisions aren't great. But people should not be relying on them solely.

I believe the ERA would make the laws prohibiting gay marriage unconstitutional.

Maybe, we could all come together one day, and make it happen.
