24. From my British, education-obsessed point of view that's an easy answer: Arne Duncan

He seems altogether too palsy-walsy with Michael Gove, our idiot Education Secretary. At least I have the impression that Duncan is much more intelligent and competent than Gove, who looks like a fool, talks like a fool, and by golly, he is a fool! But their policies are too similar for my taste, and I suspect that Duncan may be one of the influences on Gove, or that the same people are influencing them both.

This is not a general anti-Obama comment; I have a great respect for President Obama, and his advisors and cabinet ministers seem overall to be practically intellectual giants in comparison with the twits who surround Cameron.
