Governent sponsored Birth Control isn't what will control women's libido. Gawd he's an idiot. With the help of guvmit birth control, the libido will be permitted to fly, flourish, expand and be enjoyed to it's fullest. I'd say that's the opposite of control.

He gets it wrong yet again.

I suppose Rush would have thought this one through, but since he's already lost a boat load of sponsors for calling Birth Conrol users sluts, he may acually give this talking point a pass.
