Real people are really suffering because of the repukes decision to cut off UI benefits to thousands of people who have no other income. That story seems to have dropped off the landscape. On Monday, Congress is back in session (why they took a break after just completing one is a mystery, at least to me). Let's remind them that this is an election year, that most Americans favor extending UI and that under the previous President, there were five (5) extensions with nary a peep. Call, write, email, do whatever it takes, but let's make sure this gets done and gets done soon. Stimulate the damned economy.
