1. Hey, this is a GREAT idea - for Doctors, Lawyers, Accountants, AND LEGISLATORS.

If the top 10% of them were capped at $72,000 per year we could balance the budget in three years.

Imagine all those $2,000 per hour lawyers in NJ who have lined up this week to defend the subpoenaed.

Think how overjoyed they would be to reduce their $2,000,000 salaries to begin over at $32,000 per year and compete to be in the top 10% at $72,000. What a "Race to the Top" that would be.
