30. Michael Patrick Carroll Is Insane!

Smart, good sense of humor, but crazy! He also has a history with the Governor. He beat Christie in a primary when Christie had broken his promise not to run for the office. He and a bunch of other conservative legislators from this part of the state used to call themselves the "Mountain Men". He does not like the governor. There is so much wrong with what he said about Sandy damage, it needs its own post.
