9. in the last two elections, repubs concentrated on taking over the states.

now they're trying to take over the country from the state level. i'm beginning to think that gwb was a distraction for the take-over, running the economy into the ground as the repubs stole state elections. they ARE always calling for state's rights.

btw, i think the southern states will begin turning less white anglo-saxon, which may bode well for democracy. it may be just a matter of time . . . if we can keep the fascism from intensifying.
